I listed 19 condominiums for sale in a building with challenging and unique floor plans.  Despite numerous showings there were several homes that would not sell.  Trish was brought in to stage one of the homes with a particularly challenging floor plan and soon after it sold.  Subsequently, Trish staged an additional 5 homes that presented varying challenging floor plans, each home sold quickly thereafter.  Trish’s staging talent made a huge difference.
