Over the past four years, Trish and her team have created many model homes for us in a variety of different architectural styles – for condos, townhomes, and single family home communities. In addition, we bring Trish in to stage challenging individual homes that need an extra “pop” to motivate prospective buyers. Invariably, our sales jump when the staging is completed – many, many of our prospects have made a positive “buy” decision once Trish has shown them how to visualize their new home. She always delivers a fresh, elegant and current design that suits the price point of our projects, which varies substantially. In the market, we often see models that are either a) old, dated and artificial, or b) so over-done that buyer feels intimidated. Not with Trish Vickers Design. To top it off, Trish and her team are very easy going and a joy to work with.  We will absolutely continue to work with Trish in our future projects.
